Elephant Hill is a family-owned, boutique winery and vineyard, located in the oldest wine region in New Zealand – Hawke’s Bay. We specialise in crafting only premium and luxury wines. The pursuit of exceptional quality begins with the meticulous management of our estate vineyards, cropped at very low yields, with hand harvesting and hand sorting of grapes to select the only the best fruit. With a modern, technologically advanced winery, we can practice minimal intervention, small batch wine making to capture and showcase the unique expressions of our vineyards in every bottle.
