Vineyard

This is a single vineyard wine produced from a single pick from our Waihopai block in Marlborough’s Southern Valleys. The decision to harvest is made when the fresher green apple flavours balance with citrus and the riper stonefruit characters.

Vinification

Once picked in the cool of the early morning, the grapes are gently pressed with only the free-run juice being fermented to make this wine.
