Description
Pale salmon in colour, this Mediterranean style rosé is savoury with fresh herb aromas of fennel pollen, wild thyme, liquorice plant and sherbet, overlaying nuances of almond blossom, white peach and mandarin. The zesty palate exudes fleshy tamarillo, citrus pith and blackcurrant with touches of spice and wet stone. This elegant rosé is perfectly poised and complex, delivering a briny fresh, vibrant and dry finish.
